I'm a senior in high school and purposely get to school an hour early just to listen to the show as much as i can. My dad got me into you guys because whenever i was with him he would always have you guys on the radio...now he has sirius and ditches howard stern for you guys just to keep the tradition alive. I'm currently listening to the show like I do every morning and am PATIENTLY waiting the arrival of the "horny for zorny" shirts because me and my dad are buying at least 25. 5 for replica and 10 to give out and promote you guys. Fan of the show, but your movie critic (CPK?) needs to go. There is an old expresion that some folks have a face for radio. He has a voice for newspapers. I understand that your show's style is irreverent and none of you have classic radio voices. But you are all professionals and your voices are inoffensive to the ears. CPK sounds much like Stuttering John when he was on the Howard Stern show. He speaks way too fast, trips over his tongue, and his voice generally has an irritating tone to it. He needs to listen to tapes of his reviews and slow down his delivery. He is so amped up and excited that he comes across as a babbling fool. He also needs to edit his copy--he uses too many words to get his point across. He may understand films and film making, but he is just too annoying to listen to. I know the rest of you use him as a comic foil for the show, but I think his appearances may cost you listeners. I turned off the Spike Lee interview this morning during one of his rambling suck-up questions to Mr. Lee. Love the show. But lose this guy.

In reviewing "The Other Boleyn Girl", BDK pronounced it Bolin (emphasis on the first syllable) Haven't any of you guys taken English History, or heard of Anne Boleyn, who got her head cut off by Henry the VIIIth. Cakes: Hi there... I own a Glock(R), and I have one seven year old boy. I have shown my son the gun -- he is not enticed by the "mystery" of the Glock. And I lock the gun up with a cable lock through the action (slide locked back) when I'm not wearing it. I used to be a Virginia-certified security officer, so I have had training. I also have a Virginia concealed carry permit. Too bad Maryland doesn't trust the average citizen. It's very hard for "Joe Sixpack" to get a concealed permit. Anyway -- my wife was resistant to me having a gun in the house, but I calmed her by promising to NEVER leave it out anywhere, and I have not done so more than once (briefly, unloaded) in over ten years. Glocks are great, BUT if you leave it loaded unattended **ever** -- there is a risk one of your children could find it and commit grave bodily harm to himself or others... Other brands of pistol have an external safety: Springfield Armory, Kimber, or Colt Model 1911-types. If you're interested, I could show you my 1911 pistols and my Glock 22 (.40 S&W caliber).
