Big O and Dukes achieved their goal as full time on air DJ’s at the station formally known as 99.1 WHFS. They rocked out evenings 6-10pm for a number of months in Washington and Baltimore. And Then on January 12th, 2005 everything changed! Chad Dukes likes to refer to this date as the day all of Oscar's relatives took over 99.1 and the station flipped to 99.1 EL ZOL “Siempre De Fiesta”.
Soon enough after some heavy and I mean HEAVY drinking the boys had to weigh their options and decided to try their hand at talk radio. The auditioned for the OTL spot on Live 105.7 for a number of days and were soon informed that they would be speaking to the masses right after the Legendary Howard Stern and right before Radio Gods Don & Mike! Then After A successful run of about 11 months the boys were asked to leave. Creative differences…
After a quick Marketing stint in corporate America Big O once again joined forces with Chad in the great city of Phoenix, AZ. Another great run for the boys who are now happy to be back and are pumped to return to the home town and their home station 106.7 WJFK.
